Bespoke Porsche Seat

A complete restoration created with extraordinary attention to material selection, texture, and visual composition — handcrafted entirely in dark grey Nappa leather to perfectly match the existing interior while introducing uniquely selected calfskin inserts developed specifically for this project.

The objective was not simply restoration, but seamless integration.

Every leather tone, grain structure, and surface finish was carefully developed to ensure the restored seats felt completely original to the cabin architecture — as if they had always belonged there from the factory. The rich dark grey Nappa leather creates a refined and understated foundation, emphasizing softness, depth, and timeless Porsche elegance.

What truly defines this project, however, is the calfskin.

To achieve the perfect visual composition, we sourced double the amount of calf hides normally required so we could individually select the most beautiful, balanced, and visually interesting natural patterns for the center seat sections. Every insert was carefully curated by hand to ensure harmony between texture, movement, and organic detail.

No two hides are ever identical.
That individuality became the centerpiece of the design.
