The legendary BMW S38 engine, known for its robust cast-iron block, aluminum 24-valve head, and dual overhead camshafts, has been elevated to modern racing specifications through a comprehensive rebuild using premium forged internals and precision machining. Every component has been optimized for durability, high-rev capability, and superior oil management under extreme conditions.
This build increases displacement to 4.0 liters with a custom billet crankshaft, Wiseco forged pistons, and Crower connecting rods. Performance upgrades include Supertech racing valve springs, custom high-lift camshafts, and adjustable cam gears for exact timing control.
