Offered for sale is a new, never-installed Elbe Engineering EFI conversion kit designed specifically for Mercedes-Benz M116 and M117 V8 engines originally equipped with Bosch K-Jetronic (CIS) or KE-Jetronic (CIS-E) systems. The kit provides a fully electronic, modernized fuel injection and ignition solution and is being sold by the current as a complete package including the ECU and wiring components.
Purpose & Compatibility
This system is engineered to replace the factory mechanical CIS/CIS-E system across a variety of Mercedes-Benz models using the M116 or M117 V8, while remaining fully reversible. Applicable platforms include sedans, coupes, and SEC models from the late 1970s through the early 1990s.
Designed to eliminate the factory distributor and associated wear components, the kit provides fully electronic ignition control paired with optimized electronic fuel delivery.
