Porsche 997 GT3 Seat

When seats travel across the world just to become perfect.

This project began in Japan, where the customer sourced the seats specifically for his Porsche 997 GT3. From there, they were shipped to Germany for a complete bespoke restoration and customization process. Once finished, the completed seats continued their journey across the Atlantic to the United States — all for one purpose:

to create the perfect 997 GT3 interior.

The seats were fully retrimmed in premium black Nappa leather combined with custom woven leather and Alcantara inserts, creating a balance between motorsport functionality and handcrafted luxury. Every detail was developed around the vehicle’s PTS exterior color — Porsche color code 2D8 Green — with perfectly matched green stitching flowing throughout the seats to visually connect the cockpit with the exterior of the car.

The woven leather inserts introduce depth and texture rarely found in GT interiors, while the Alcantara sections preserve the lightweight motorsport atmosphere expected from a GT3 platform.

Every surface was rebuilt with collector-grade precision to ensure the seats felt entirely at home inside the car — as though Porsche Motorsport and Porsche Exclusive had collaborated on a one-off commission.
